For years, I have had my Bassline Book published on BIM. Meltdown, the tuba sextet from “Gerhard Meinl’s TUBA SIX CD was my very first composition. There will be a new release with Meltdown set for different combinations. There will be Tuba ensemble notation from the Sassified CD as well as 3 new Jazz and Funk compositions.

I have been fortunate to say Chester Washington is a close friend of mine. He is a brilliant African American composer who has written solo works for violinist Daisy Joplin, String Trio Trilogy, currently soloist in the USA, and Trumpet player Jeffrey Segal, former solo trumpet player at the Zurich Opera House, as well as six works for me. Three of his pieces were recorded on my 2006 Solo CD, Sassified. His music has a contemporary and timeless quality. We are planning a CD release of Chester’s six original works.
